Hands-on Training at a Full-Scale Water Plant
March 19-20, 2025 - Newport News, Virginia
November 5-6, 2025 - Salem, VA
The registration fee includes course materials, instruction, daily breaks, and lunches. If you register with lodging, a reservation link will be sent to you in your confirmation email. You are required to input a credit card to hold the room for incidentals but no charges will be assessed upon registering.

The class will be held at Harwoods Mill Water Treatment Plant, Plant Loop Rd., Yorktown, VA. All meals and course activities will be held at this location.
For those needing lodging, a room reservation will be made at Marriott at City Center, 740 Town Center Dr., Newport News. Lodging is only available for those registered as a lodging participant. Lodging participants and commuters will be expected to provide their own travel to the Water Treatment Plant.
Lodging dates are March 18-20, 2025.
- Check in March 18 after 4:00 pm.
- Check out on March 20 before class.
Registration deadline March 10, 2025. You will receive an email advising you on your enrollment confirmation.
The class will be held at Salem Water Treatment Plant, 1300 Tidewater St, Salem, VA. All meals and course activities will be held at this location.
For those needing lodging, a room block will be created for a hotel near the plant. Lodging is only available for those registered as a lodging participant. Lodging participants and commuters will be expected to provide their own travel to the Water Treatment Plant.
Lodging dates are November 4-6, 2025.

Registration will open in late spring.
