15th Annual Commonwealth of Virginia CSA Conference - Collaborate, Innovate, Transform: Together, we make it happen. The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center - Roanoke, Virginia October 14-15, 2026

About the Conference

Welcome to the 15th Annual Commonwealth of Virginia Children's Services Act Conference!  This year's theme is "Collaborate. Innovate. Transform.  Together, We Make It Happen."

Join us on October 14–15, 2026, for two days of impactful training, vendor engagement, and activities that celebrate the resilience and strength of Virginia’s CSA community.

This year, we will explore how systems of care in children’s services continue to evolve – driven by statewide initiatives, national trends, and evidence-based practices that promote positive outcomes for youth and families.  Together, we will focus on strategies that strengthen collaboration, empower family-driven approaches, and ensure that every child receives the right services at the right time.

Conference highlights include sessions on service innovations, self-care, family engagement, best practices for building integrated systems of care, and so much more.  To enhance your experience, we’ve introduced an interactive mobile app, Guidebook, designed to keep you connected and informed throughout the event.

This conference is more than training – it’s an opportunity to equip CSA network members with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to embrace new opportunities and meet challenges head-on.  Together, we will continue shaping a system that supports children and families now and for generations to come.

Who Should Attend The Conference

Participants (including State Executive Council, State and Local Advisory Team) can expect to receive information and training that will assist them in achieving the mission and vision of CSA. Workshops are designed for local government representatives responsible for implementation of the CSA. Sessions are designed to meet the specific needs of CPMT members (e.g., local government administrators, agency heads, private provider representatives, and parent representatives), FAPT members, CSA Coordinators, community partners, and stakeholders.
