The registration fee includes course materials, instruction, daily breaks, lunches, and dinner on the first night. If you register with lodging, a reservation link will be sent to you in your confirmation email. You are required to input a credit card to hold the room for incidentals but no charges will be assessed upon registering.

The class will be held at Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center, 152 Fairway Lane, Staunton, VA 24401.
For those needing lodging, a room reservation will be made at Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center. Lodging is only available for those registered as a lodging participant.
Lodging dates are May 18-23, 2025.
- Check in May 18 after 4:00 pm.
- Check out on May 23 before class.
Registration deadline May 5, 2025. You will receive an email advising you on your enrollment confirmation.
The class will be held at Salem Water Treatment Plant, 1300 Tidewater St, Salem, VA. All meals and course activities will be held at this location.
For those needing lodging, a room block will be created for a hotel near the plant. Lodging is only available for those registered as a lodging participant. Lodging participants and commuters will be expected to provide their own travel to the Water Treatment Plant.
Lodging dates are October 26-31, 2025.

- Check out on October 31 before class.
Registration deadline October 13, 2025. You will receive an email advising you on your enrollment confirmation.
Registration will open in late spring.
