Fee: $3,450. Includes all meals and lodging. Registration deadline is February 7, 2025.
On-Site Check-In: Held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2025.
The institute commences with lunch at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, followed by an introduction and overview at 1:00 p.m. The institute ends at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, after a summary session.
Accommodations:
Delegates will stay five nights, beginning Sunday night, February 23, in single study guestrooms in the The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center on the Virginia Tech campus. Meals and teaching sessions will take place in this facility. All delegates will be required to reside in the hotel for the duration. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the program. If you are unable to attend, for any reason, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. No refunds will be processed after January 23, 2025. A $30 cancellation processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
