Abstract submission opens for oral presentation consideration: February 1, 2024
Abstract submission closes: May 1, 2024*
Please submit your abstract here once you have completed your participant registration.

*Abstracts submitted after this date will only be considered for poster presentations.

Lodging

July 5, 2024 is the deadline to take advantage of discounted hotel pricing at the Westin, Arlington. We strongly encourage attendees to take advantage of these rates and stay with us in the conference hotel.

Registration

Early bird registration ($850 standard; $800 student) January 27 - May 1, 2024
Full-price registration ($900 standard; $825 student) continues to July 19, 2024
Onsite registration will be $950 standard and $875 student.

Note: all cancellations will incur a $50 administrative fee. July 1, 2024 is the last day to cancel.

No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2024 (including registrations initiated after this date).
