Abstract Submission

Due to the partial US government shutdown and disruptive winter storms in many parts of the US, we are extending the EEID abstract deadline to FEBRUARY 10th!

We are excited to open abstract submissions for talks and posters at the 2026 Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases meeting at Virginia Tech If you are interested in presenting your work at this conference, please complete this abstract submission form by FEBRUARY 10th.

Note that registration for the meeting is NOT required at the time of abstract submission, but we ask that you only submit an abstract if you plan to attend the conference should your abstract be accepted (barring unexpected events that preclude your ability to attend). Once conference registration is opened in early 2026, it will remain open until after you receive official notification of your presentation status.
