Poster Assignments

Poster presenters assigned to even numbers will present in the first hour. Poster presenters assigned to odd numbers will present in the second hour.  Posters can remain up for the entire two-hour session. Generally, poster assignments are organized alphabetically by last name (A-L on Tuesday and L-Z on Thursday), with some limited exceptions.

Poster Instructions

Posters should be no larger than 44” x 44”. Poster presenters should set up in Owens Ballroom on the day of their presentation and remove their posters at the end of the poster session. Owens Ballroom will be open all day starting at 8:15 AM, with multiple opportunities in the schedule to set up your poster, including lunch (1 h 15 min) and two coffee breaks (40 min each), and the transition time between the end of the oral session and the beginning of the poster session (15-20 min). 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests to print posters on campus, so we encourage presenters to make other arrangements for printing.
