EEID 2026 Registration is now open!

Registration Fees*

• Faculty - $375 
• Postdoctoral Scientists - $175 
• Students - $125 

*Registration fees cover lunch each day of the conference, multiple evening receptions, daily coffee breaks, the conference banquet, and transportation to and from the hike (limited capacity).  

The registration deadline is May 1, 2026. We encourage everyone who plans to attend EEID 2026 to register as early as possible.  Conference attendance is capped, and we expect high attendance based on the number of abstract submissions we received.  

Before you register: 1) please note that the name that you use to create your account in the registration system will be the name that appears on your nametag; 2) please visit the detailed options for the four hike selections (note that you will be asked to select your hike as a free “add-on” when you register). Please note that some hikes have limited capacities and will be unavailable as they reach capacity.

Conference T-shirts are available for purchase only during the online registration process. All T-shirt purchases will close on April 20th (prior to the close of registration) to allow for production time.
