"When will registration for the conference open?"
We aim to open registration by early March and it will remain open until May 1st. 

“Will travel awards be available?”
Unfortunately no travel awards are available for EEID 2026.

“Will dorm rooms be available for conference housing?”
We hope to offer a limited number of campus dormitory rooms for booking as soon as the VT summer dorm scheduling system allows us to (April at earliest). Any dorm booking opportunities will be distributed via email and the conference website, and all dorm availability will be on a first come, first serve basis. Note that all campus dorm rooms require that you bring your own pillow, linens, and towel.

“What are the required poster dimensions for poster presenters?”
All posters MUST be no larger than 44 x 44 inches in size. This will allow us to accommodate the high volume of poster presentations at the meeting. 

“When will I find out what poster or talk session I am assigned to?”
We are busy finalizing the list of presenters and the detailed schedule. We will notify all presenters of their session assignments as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
